Energy Theft - Revenue Protection for European Utilities
29-30 October 2008, Vienna

Energyforum has designed this seminar to provide guidance and training to utility personnel in identifying, combating and reducing Energy Theft.

Specifically the seminar will focus on the non-technical unaccounted for revenue losses associated with defective equipment, unmetered services, billing errors, theft of service and fraud.

During the two day course, you will learn state-of-the-art techniques in identifying and effectively reducing unaccounted for energy losses, which directly affects each utility's profitability. You will learn the steps required to effectively conduct unaccounted for energy investigations including determining the amount of the loss, interviewing the customer, case documentation, photography, evidence control, effective witness testimony and much more.

Why you should attend?

Take this opportunity to gain knowledge about this increasingly important area. A vast amount of electricity and therefore also revenue, are each year lost in different ways. More and more utilities are now picking up the battle against lost revenue. Where do you stand on Energy Theft?
