Three very experienced experts on the coal and freight market will give you a comprehensive understanding of the legal aspects with regards to coal freight as well as the contracts and agreements involved. We will look at the practicalities of the coal trade, SCoTA, how you negotiate a coal deal, how you then arrange transportation, and whose obligation it is to arrange transportation? After taking this course, you will have gained knowledge about the EFET Coal Credit Annex to the SCoTA , the documentation process of the bill of lading, sampling of coal as well as a greater understanding of the whole chain of coal trading.
