Payment:
Payment must be made in full no later than 14 days before the commencement of the event. Registrations without payments after this date will become invalid. Last minute registrations made within 14 days of the event commencement require immediate payment, or will become invalid within 24 hours. For manual bank transfer payment of a last minute registration, please contact Energyforum International AB at info@Energyforum.com

Ultimate Offer & Great Deal - Qualification Requirement
To benefit from our time sensitive offers; Ultimate Offer and Great Deal, payment must be made in full and received by Energyforum International within 7 days after registration. Failure to make payment during this time will result in the offer reverting back to the Flexible Rate.

Substitutions/Name Changes:
If you are unable to attend you may nominate, in writing no later than 24 hours before the commencement of the event, another delegate to take your place. Please contact Energyforum International AB at info@energyforum.com to arrange this. Two or more delegates may not 'share' a place at an event. Please make separate bookings for each delegate.

Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your attendance at an event, and you are unable to send a substitute, then we will issue a voucher for the rate paid, providing that the cancellation is made in writing and received at least 28 days prior to the commencement of the event. Regretfully cancellation after this time cannot be accepted. We will however provide electronic access to the event documentation to any delegate who has paid but is unable to attend for any reason. No other forms of refund or credit will be available.

Alterations:
It may become necessary for us to make alterations to the content, speakers, timing, venue or date of the event compared to the advertised programme.

Data Protection:
Energyforum International AB gathers personal data in accordance with the Swedish Data Protection Act 1998 and we may use this to contact you by telephone, fax, post or email to tell you about other products and services. If you have any queries or want to update any of the data that we hold then please contact us at info@energforum.com

Sales Tax:
Sales tax will be charged on all events taking place in either Sweden, Denmark or Germany. The relevant company and tax registration numbers, together with the rate of tax will be specified on your receipt issued to you at the time of booking.
Events taking place outside of these countries will NOT be subject to sales tax.

Multiple Registration Discount:
If you choose to register with one or more of your colleagues, you will qualify for a further 10% discount. To qualify, all delegates must register at the same time and their payments must be received by Energyforum within 14 days of the event.

If this discount has been claimed but payment for two or more delegates has not been received by Energyforum within 14 days of the event, then the balance to the single full delegate rate will be required to complete the booking. This discount can not be combined with all packages, please contact us for more information.

Conference Documentation:
No part of any Energyforum International AB event documentation may be copied, stored in a retrieval system or transmitted in any form without prior permission from Energyforum International AB.

Indemnity:
Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the material and integrity of the analysis presented at our events, Energyforum International AB accepts no liability for the content.
