Cancellation
Conference:
If you have registered but are unable to attend,
you may transfer your registration to a colleague.
If you cancel your registration less than three weeks
prior to the event we will send you a free delegate
certificate valid for another Energyforum event within
one year. You are liable to pay for your registration if you
cancel within the three-week period.
Dinner:
If you have signed up for the dinner you have to notify us at least two days before the conference if you cannot attend the dinner. Otherwise you are liable to pay for your reservation.
