Francois Dauphin is Principal Consultant within Logica Energy and Utilities International line of business. He's both responsible for the development of the Mediterranean countries and director of the environmental offering. He is particularly responsible for selection of Logica's key solution and environmental consultancy partners to implement and management of the CO2 certificates, green energy and pollution. He is graduated from Ecole Supérieur d'Elecricité and Lyon European Business School. François has an in depth understanding of liberalisation of the electricity and gas market and has got the opportunity to be directly involved with regulator for the design of those markets.  François is doing regular conference in Europe around the impact of environmental issues on electricity and gas markets.
